About Us

Established in 1919, the Delaware Safety Council, Inc. is a private, non-governmental, non-profit safety resource and training organization. The Delaware Safety Council serves more than 350 business members in Delaware and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our Mission

The Council's mission is to promote the protection of life and health on the highway, in the workplace, in the home, and in the community by actively providing education/training resources and services.

The Delaware Safety Council's offices and Training Center are located at 3 Old Barley Mill Rd, just off Route 141, 3/10 of a mile North of the Route 100 intersection, in Wilmington, Delaware. The administrative offices are open Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
